From the first communication, to signing the documentation and taking delivery of my new R3, the experience I had was great. Even walking into the place, seeing the $100,000+ cars that they sell, I was treated as if I may be there to buy one right off the bat, even though I was looking at a bike that is less than $10k (Until, on my last visit, I parked too close to the front door in my less than impressive 2016 Cruze, and was politely asked to move it). Exceptionally nice staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sean. By no means is Sean what you'd call a stereotypical car dealer. Not once was I pressured into coming to take a look at anything or had it suggested that I look into a vehicle that I had expressed no interest in. No pushy sales tactics at all, even when I had mentioned the possibility of holding off until the spring to commit to any kind of purchase, Sean was understanding of that and in a very friendly way told me to keep in touch as he'd be more than happy to help me out whenever the time was right for me. When I had mentioned holding off to another dealership I was speaking with, that completely ended the communications then and there. As a new rider, I had a ton of questions and Sean was exceptionally patient and answered all of them. I don't believe Sean (and by extension - Serpa) wants to just sell vehicles. They want to make potential customers happy and comfortable in their purchase, which in turn, creates returning customers. Going forward, I won't consider going elsewhere for a motorcycle before giving Sean a call first. Really, couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. If you're looking for a motorcycle, I couldn't recommend strongly enough that you go and speak with Sean.

I go here to get my motorcycles serviced. They are a Suzuki and Yamaha motorcycle 🏍️ dealership. Their service on my Suzuki and Honda have always been good. They have helped me install some aftermarket wiring and replaced a back tire and front brakes. They have always been courteous and reasonably priced. I plan to continue to use Serpa for my motorcycles 🏍️😎

Bought a new Suzuki last fall and had my spring service performed at Serpa Motorsports. They are open and observing social distancing. I had an appointment and they were on time. The bike was ready when promised. The bill was exactly as promised. They did the work professionally, the bike was clean when returned and they test rode it to ensure that everything was working properly. They answered my questions and took time to explain their answers. This is now my "go to" dealership. Jason was excellent in ensuring everything was taken care and I was informed of the progress as it went along. I would highly recommend buying or maintaining a bike at this dealership and will be recommending them to my biker friends.

Just had my bike delivered to my house and I couldn’t be happier purchasing from Serpa Motorsports. Mike Pacitto understood my needs and sold me the right bike at an exceptional price.
